What We Do – School Assemblies

ANTI-DRUG

This show gives kids a heads up about the dangers of drugs. We provide quick and easy tips to avoid sticky situations and stand up to peer pressure.

BULLY PREVENTION

House Bill 91! This exciting show teaches students: to Be a friend, Everyone’s Different, Always Take a stand, Tell someone! Combined with all the fun and games, your students will not only be entertained, but will learn how to B.E.A.T. bullying!

SELF-ESTEEM

We all know that a child’s self-esteem is vital to their education. Students who believe in themselves, do better in school. Our self-esteem program will teach students that EVERYONE is important and special and that we need to celebrate our differences! We also encourage kids to dream big and try hard to achieve their goals!

TESTING PREPARATION

Tired of presenting the same basic information in a boring way? Remix uses a wide variety of mascot skits and wacky games to remind students to get a good night sleep, eat a healthy breakfast, come prepared, and try your best! We include a special test taking tips section at the end of every show!

READING ROCKS

This assembly will teach your students about the importance of reading, not only for school, but in their everyday lives. We also teach that reading is a lot of fun and can take you on adventures you never knew were possible!

The kids were so excited and were fired up for testing.

We had a great experience. We actually had two shows, one for grade testing for our primary students and the other for CATS testing. It was so wonderful! The kids were so excited and were fired up for testing. I’m sure they will remember the strategies when they take the test. The most fun was when I got silly stringed! The teachers and students all being involved- we think it is well worth it. We encourage you to also be a REMIX person as well.

The kids were so involved!

We really enjoyed it. It was so interactive. They went through some great core content testing points. The kids were so involved: hamsterballs, the toilet paper shooter, pie in the face, and silly string. It was so much fun, yet very educational. They got us really pumped up for the CATS test!
