Your information, kept simple.

This policy explains what Remix Education, Inc. ("Remix", "we", "us") collects through remixeducation.com and our forms, how we use it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email info@remixeducation.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us, for example when you fill in a form, book a call, email or call us:

• your name, email address and phone number
• your school, church or organization and its location
• details about your event: dates, what you're looking for, grades or ages and roughly how many people
• whether you agreed to receive text messages from us

This website doesn't use analytics or advertising trackers, and we don't build profiles of visitors.

How we use it

• to reply to you, check dates and send quotes
• to prepare and manage your booking: the booking agreement, invoice, welcome packet and show-day details
• to follow up after your event, for example to ask how it went or whether you'd like to book again
• to send you occasional news about our programs by email; every email has a way to unsubscribe
• to send text messages, only if you agreed to them (see our SMS terms)

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information. We don't share your phone number or your text-message consent with anyone for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Services that help us

A few trusted services process information on our behalf, only to provide what we use them for:

• our customer management system, which runs our forms, booking calendar, emails and text messages
• our accounting software, for quotes and invoices
• our business email provider
• YouTube, for the videos on this site. Videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, and a video only loads when you press play
• the company that hosts this website

We may also share information when the law requires it.

Cookies

This website doesn't set tracking cookies of its own. Embedded videos and forms come from the services above and may use their own cookies when you play a video or use a form.

Children

This website is for the adults who book our programs. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children through it. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

At shows, we may take photos or video. Schools and churches can tell us if any students can't be photographed or filmed, and we'll respect that.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and contact information for as long as we need it to serve you, rebook with you and keep proper business and tax records.

Keeping it safe

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and limit access to the people on our team who need it to do their jobs. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive information such as payment card numbers through our forms.

Your choices

• Ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
• Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email.
• Stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
