These terms cover your use of remixeducation.com, our forms and our text messages, provided by Remix Education, Inc. ("Remix", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them.

Enquiries and bookings

Sending a form or booking a call is an enquiry, not a booking. A date is confirmed only when we confirm it with you, and every booking is covered by our booking agreement, which sets out the program, date, fee, travel and cancellation terms. If anything on this website ever differs from your booking agreement, the booking agreement wins.

We work hard to keep program descriptions, videos and photos current, but shows are live and the games rotate, so what happens on the day may differ from what you see here.

Using this website

You're welcome to browse, watch and share links to our pages. Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it in bulk or send us spam through our forms.

Our content

The Remix Education name and logo, Jiggy and the Jiggy artwork, and the videos, photos and text on this site belong to Remix Education, Inc. or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking us first. Schools and churches that book with us may use our name and the materials we send them to promote their event.

Text messages

If you agree to receive text messages on one of our forms, our SMS terms apply. Consent to texts is never a condition of booking. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Other websites

Our site links to and embeds content from other services, such as YouTube and social media. We aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

No guarantees on the website itself

We provide this website as it is. We can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from using it. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the law, or anything agreed in your booking agreement.
